This job consisted of the furnishing of all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all operations in connection with replacement of water mains.  The intent of this project was to replace all existing water lines in the designated project area.  The replacement includes pipelines, water valves, fire hydrants, fittings and services to within 5 feet of the structures served.  All pipe connections were mechanical joint with grip rings unless noted otherwise.  Stephens installed new water mains, made tie-ins, flushed, pressure testing, complete services transfers and moved existing meters to the new water mains.
